In Birmingham City Council we’ve moved to a modern way of delivering digital products; whether you’re a service area manager wanting to commission a new tool to help you run your service, a member of IT&D staff who will be tasked with making or designing a product, or a delivery manager having to create a new product for service area, the aim of this guide is to help you have all the tools and information you need to be able to do the job.
